My name is Hailie Shaw, and I am a seasoned cybersecurity professional with a passion for knowledge sharing with the community.
My journey in the cybersecurity industry started when I enlisted as a CTN for 6 years in the worlds finest Navy. My military background instilled in me a strong sense of discipline and the ability to work under pressure, which have proven to be invaluable assets in my current role.
I am currently working as a DFIR expert at a leading Incident Response firm, where I use my expertise to help organizations detect and respond to cyber-attacks. I have a deep understanding of the ever-evolving threat landscape and I am constantly seeking new ways to stay ahead of the curve.
In addition to my professional work, I am also passionate about teaching others. I believe that by sharing my knowledge and experience, I can help equip the next generation of cybersecurity professionals with the tools they need to succeed. Whether through formal training programs or informal workshops, I take great satisfaction in seeing others grow and develop their skills.

My name is Melissa Nixon, and I began my career in the field of accounting, where I developed a strong foundation in financial analysis and business strategy. However, as I progressed in my career, I realized that my true passion lay in the rapidly evolving world of technology.
Making a career change can be a daunting prospect, but I was driven by my desire to be a part of an industry that was constantly changing and improving. I was drawn to the challenge of learning new skills and keeping up with the latest technologies. I took courses, attended workshops, and gained hands-on experience in my free time to build my skillset and make the transition into IT.
I am proud of the journey I have taken to get where I am today, now acting as a lead Incident Responder at a financial company. I am committed to helping others who are looking to make a similar transition.
